Air Fryer Buying Guide

Air fryers can be useful for smaller portions, but choose based on your cooking habits.

Capacity and portion size

A quoted litre figure does not always show the usable flat cooking area. Compare basket dimensions and typical portions.

Drawers can be compact and straightforward to clean; oven-style models may suit trays and layered cooking.

Measure the footprint and allow the manufacturer’s stated ventilation space.

Removable dishwasher-safe parts and easy-to-read controls can matter more than extra presets.
